At Get Strong Coach, Sarah Wilkinson is a personal trainer and online coach based in Manchester who helps people build strength, confidence and long-term healthy habits. Through personal training, Pilates fundamentals and tailored coaching, Sarah supports beginners and experienced gym-goers who want to feel stronger, improve their wellbeing and stop feeling lost in the gym. Her approach focuses on sustainable strength training, realistic lifestyle changes and building knowledge so clients can achieve their goals while maintaining balance in everyday life. Having navigated training with endometriosis and PCOS herself, Sarah also understands how to adapt exercise to work with your body rather than against it.
