I am a personal trainer and online coach based in Manchester who helps people build strength, confidence and long-term healthy habits. Through personal training, Pilates fundamentals and tailored coaching, I support beginners and experienced gym-goers who want to feel stronger, improve their wellbeing and stop feeling lost in the gym. My approach focuses on sustainable strength training, realistic lifestyle changes and building knowledge so clients can achieve their goals while maintaining balance in everyday life. Having navigated training with endometriosis and PCOS myself, I also understands how to adapt exercise to work with your body rather than against it.
With a background as a chef and a personal journey rebuilding my own health, I understand that fitness needs to fit around real life — which is why my coaching focuses on sustainable habits, practical nutrition and strength training that supports your wellbeing.
