💰 How much do you charge?

My pricing is flexible to suit different needs, budgets, and lifestyles. I offer a variety of packages based on your goals, availability, and experience—whether you're training online, in-person, or both.

🏋️‍♀️ Do I need a PureGym membership?

If you're training in-person with me at PureGym Manchester, then yes—you’ll need a membership. However:

  • Online coaching can be done from anywhere, no gym needed.

  • Hybrid clients (who train elsewhere but do one in-person session/month with me) can use free PureGym day passes I provide.

📍 Where are you based?

I'm a female personal trainer based in Manchester, offering sessions at PureGym Exchange Quay and online. Whether you prefer in-person support or remote coaching, I’ve got a plan to suit your lifestyle.

📆 How many times a week do I need to train?

That depends on your goals, schedule, and experience. Some clients train 1–2 times per week in person, while others combine online coaching with their own workouts. During your free consultation, we’ll create a realistic plan that works for you.

🥗 Do you provide meal plans or nutrition coaching?

I don’t offer strict meal plans—but I do provide tailored nutrition coaching to help you build a healthy relationship with food and support your fitness goals. You'll receive practical guidance that works with your lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

🏠 Can I train with you from home?

Absolutely! My online coaching programmes are designed for home or gym training. You’ll get a personalised plan, access to an exercise library, and full support from me—wherever you are.

🤝 What if I’ve never been to the gym before?

That’s totally okay! I work with beginners and experienced clients alike. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll make sure you feel confident and supported every step of the way. This is about building confidence, not pressure.
