Mat Pilates is an accessible, bodyweight-focused form of the Pilates method that emphasises controlled movements, breathwork, and core strength on a simple mat. It improves flexibility, posture, and balance, using your own body for resistance and can be modified for all fitness levels, making it a great practice for strengthening and lengthening the entire body.

This is a beginner-friendly mat class, no equipment or experience needed — just a willingness to slow down and connect with your body.

    You will need a membership or a day pass which you can purchase through the Pure Gym website.

    (I have a very few free passes that I can give out on a first come first served so if you are unsure please do not hesitate to drop me a message).

    Each exercise comes with a variety of layers with regressions and progressions that can be adjusted based on where you feel comfortable.

  • You do not need to book you can arrive on the day.

    I always encourage booking so that it gives me an idea of how many I am expecting as we don’t want the class too full, this would limit the amount of personalisation I can do.
