This is a beginner-friendly mat class, no equipment or experience needed — just a willingness to slow down and connect with your body.

Each exercise comes with a variety of layers with regressions and progressions that can be adjusted based on where you feel comfortable.

I always encourage booking so that it gives me an idea of how many I am expecting as we don’t want the class too full, this would limit the amount of personalisation I can do.
